The past years
Our dogs are
very
succesfull
at shows in whole Europe! To start with last year (2004). In this year
we won the Hound group at 10 different International Shows!
It all started already
in January at the first show for the year 2004. She was Best of Breed,
Best in Group and Best In show!! The Paris Dog show is one of the
biggest
shows in France!
In March Sublime won
the group at the big show in Luxemburg.
In May we went again
to France, Amièns, where Sublime did the same as in Paris, Best
in Show!!
In June was the French
Winner (the winner is the most important show of the year for each
country)
and Sublime won the group again!
After the summer
Sublime went to the show in Maastricht (NL) and she was reserve Best in
Show!
At the show in Zwolle
(NL) won Dusty, the PBGV, as the first PBGV this year in Holland the
group!
Thenext show was in
Germany
, the Bundessieger in Dortmund, the biggest show in Germany. Sublime
was
again Best in Show and so she has beaten more then 5000 dogs!!
In November I went for
the first time to Denmark to the Nordic Winner, this is the biggest
show
of Scandinavia. Again it was super and Sublime was Reserve Best
in
Show of 4400 dogs!
The week after we went
to Bleiswijk (NL), where she got the same result, reserve Best in Show!
Around Christmas time
it was the last show for us in 2004, Wychen (NL) and Sublime was 3th
Best
in Show!
The same result as in
Wychen, 3th Best in Show, Sublime got at the first show in 2005 in
Eindhoven...This
was Subliem her last show for now, as she wil have babies in the
beginning
of March.......But this was not everything, we showed for the first
time
at the biggest show of the world, the Crufts in the UK. The results
were
amazing, as Surcouf won reserve male, his daughter Triomphe Reserve
Best
bitch and Sublime best bitch and Best of Breed!
And then we have the
specialties of the breed in the different countries. In May was the
most
important one, namely in France. There are more then 100 GBGV's entered
and Surcouf won the RCAC, Tout de Suite won the open class bitches,
Triomphe
was secondin this class and Farandole 4th of more then 20 bitches in
this
class! Favorite became 3th in the open class dogs while he was the
youngest
of all the dogs in the class! Niagara was 3th in the working class
bitches.
Sublime won best bitch, a French dog became Best of Breed (the father
of
our Tout de Suite and Toffee) . The past 5 years we won the Best of
Breed
at this important show!
In June was the Dutch
Club show, here we won Best in show and the title Club Winner for the
4th
year in a row. We won most of the other classes too. Surcouf was Best
in
Show, Hermitage reserve dog, Farandole was out of the junior class Best
Bitch and Triomphe Reserve Bitch. Our first PBGV, Scarlett, won Best
Puppy
in Show!
In Denmark we went
in
November to a Basset specialty. Sublime won Best in Show and Dusty was
best Petit and 3th best in show. Hero was best of oppsite sex of the
Grands.
We didn't went to the
Belgium specialty as I was in the UK for shows the same weekend. In
2003
Surcouf won Best in Show. In the UK it went very well, as Surcouf won
Best
of Breed 3 times and a Group4. Triomphe won a few times Best Bitch.
Apart of all these
victories
we also got some titles: Hermitage and Hero became Dutch Champion,
Surcouf
and Olaf International Champion. Sublime won the titles
Europasieger'04,
Bundessieger'04 and Nordic Winner '04. Hero won also Nordic Winner'04.
Favorite won the title Bundessieger'04. Surcouf won the Winner title in
Amsterdam and Best of Breed and reserve Best in Group! Dusty won the
title
Nordic Winner'04.
Sublime and Dusty are
Top Grand'04 and Top Petit'04 in Holland!
This was a short story
about 2004, let's hope 2005 will go the same.....
